Dorothy Marshall
My name is Dorothy Marshall; I am the Personnel Manager for the Abbeyside Care Group, based at Abbeyvale Care Home, 16 Duff Avenue, Elgin. The purpose of my job is to oversee recruitment, selecting the right people for the jobs’ and the continuing wellbeing of staff throughout the company during their employment.
I am the first point of call for all new employees wishing to join the organisation and I coordinate an individual’s recruitment from receiving the application form to liaising with the Manager and organising training.
We are a family based company, the staff we engage are very important to us and we promote career progression and development for all.
