Palliative Care

Palliative care is the treatment and support of individuals with an advanced progressive illness.

The aim of palliative care is to maximise quality of life.  This is done by providing physical care, managing pain and by providing emotional and spiritual support to both individuals and their loved ones.

By adopting a holistic approach to palliative care, all the while promoting choice, dignity, and privacy, we ensure our residents and their families remain fully supported during a very difficult time.
